Stress diagnostic quiz
An interactive questionnaire assesses stress and emotional wellbeing through a guided sequence rather than a single self-report slider, so the result reflects several dimensions of how the user is coping.
UntilTheEu is an educational mental wellness mobile app built with Expo and React Native. It runs a stress diagnostic quiz, calculates a stress score and level, and serves relaxation audio, activities, and video guides matched to that result.

Most wellness apps open onto a wall of content and leave the user to guess what applies to them. UntilTheEu puts assessment first: the diagnostic quiz runs before any library is shown, and the resulting StressScore and StressLevel decide which relaxation path the user sees. That one decision keeps the surface small and the recommendation specific.
The app is built with Expo and React Native so a single codebase covers Android, iOS, and the web, and it distributes as an APK for direct testing. The content set combines soothing audio, short activities, and educational video sessions, framed to teach as well as to calm.
An interactive questionnaire assesses stress and emotional wellbeing through a guided sequence rather than a single self-report slider, so the result reflects several dimensions of how the user is coping.
Responses are calculated into a numeric StressScore, then bucketed into a categorised StressLevel that drives everything the app recommends next.
Each stress level maps to a curated set of soothing audio guides, relaxation activities, and educational video sessions, so the user lands on something actionable instead of a generic library.
Built with Expo and React Native, the app runs on Android, iOS, and the browser from one codebase, and ships as a downloadable APK for testing on real devices.
The content is explanatory as well as calming: sessions teach what stress is doing physiologically, which makes the relaxation exercises feel motivated rather than arbitrary.
No account wall in front of the diagnostic. A user can open the app, complete the quiz, and reach personalised content in a single session.
Students under academic pressure rarely have the patience to browse for coping strategies. Scoring stress first and routing straight to matched content shortens the distance between noticing a problem and doing something about it, which is where most wellness tools lose the user.
